Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacist for our Long-Term Care Pharmacy. This full-time role supports dispensing, drug screening, information, processing and delivery services to long-term care centers. You will provide accurate and timely pharmacy services while upholding safety and quality standards.

Schedule is Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm with a weekend rotation every 6 weeks and an on-call rotation every 6 weeks. Requires a BS or Pharm.D., current license, and proficient English; immunization

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree (BS or Pharm.D.) from an accredited school.
• Current license to practice pharmacy in good standing.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine and emergency pharmacology services, screening, information, processing and dispensing for LTC centers.
• Lead with a focus on safety, quality and customer service within a fast-paced dispensing environment.
• Collaborate with pharmacy team to meet goals and ensure timely patient care.
