Job summary

BOS Medical Staffing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work in a long-term care facility in Thomson, Georgia. Ideal candidates will have a current nursing license, preferably with at least one year of experience. Responsibilities include assessing patient care, focusing on individual needs, and addressing changes in patient conditions. Benefits include flexible schedules, insurance options, and incentive programs. Immediate shift availability for 7A-7P and 7P-7A shifts.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered nursing license is mandatory.
• Preferred experience of at least 1 year as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Basic computer skills for charting required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process for patient care assessment.
• Perform focused interviews to identify patient needs.
• Assess and document physiologic and psychosocial changes.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Perform a focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’ s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
