Job summary

BOS Medical Staffing is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work in a long-term care facility in Georgia. Shifts are available immediately; Part-Time / PRN positions offered. Hours are 7A‑7P or 7P‑7A, with flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

The role involves applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, conducting focused interviews, and documenting nursing diagnoses. A Georgia LPN license is required, plus background checks and a drug screen.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Georgia LPN license.
• At least 1 year of LPN experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills for charting.
• Ability to work in a team and multitask.
• Background check including FBI fingerprint and pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Conduct a focused interview to identify patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and document nursing diagnoses.
• Perform other LPN duties as assigned.
