Job summary

BOS Medical Staffing is seeking LPNs to work in a long-term care facility in Suwanee, Georgia. Opportunities are available for both part-time and full-time positions, with immediate shifts to fill.

The ideal candidate will have a current nursing license, at least a year of experience, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Benefits include flexible schedules, insurance options, and performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered nursing license is mandatory.
• Minimum one year of LPN experience is preferred.
• Basic computer skills for charting required.
• Candidates must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess and evaluate patient care.
• Perform a focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess physiologic and psychosocial changes in patients.
• Collect and analyze data from health care members.

Skills

Current, unencumbered nursing license

At least 1 year of experience as an LPN preferred

Basic computer skills for charting

Ability to work as part of a team and multi-task

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Perform a focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’ s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
