Job summary

BOS Medical Staffing is seeking LPNs for a skilled long-term care facility in Columbus, GA. Shifts are available immediately on PRN basis, with flexible schedules and pay options. Candidates must have an active nursing license and be able to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered nursing license.
• At least 1 year of experience as an LPN preferred.
• Criminal background check including FBI Fingerprint History Check and Pre-employment drug screen.
• Basic computer skills for charting.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Perform a focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
• Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Perform a focused interview to identify specific patient needs.

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.
