Job summary

BOS Medical Staffing is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for a skilled long-term care facility in Columbus, Georgia. This is a part-time position with shifts available immediately, including options for weekend rotation.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities and documenting patient care according to regulations. Benefits include flexible schedules, medical insurance, and more. Interested candidates must have 1 year of long-term care experience and hold valid Georgia CNA licensure.

Qualifications

• 1-year Long Term Care experience as CNA.
• Licensure by the state of Georgia as CNA.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living.
• Obtain and record vital signs and weight.
• Document all care as required.
• Take temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Perform care as defined by the resident plan of care.
• Observe patient and report changes to team leader.

• 6:45P-7:15A

Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living,ADLs(turning, positioning, toileting, bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility).
• Obtain and record vital signs and weight, as assigned.
• Accurately document all care as required by company policy and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Take temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Perform care as defined by the resident plan of care.
• Observe patient and report changes in condition, attitude, reactions, appetite, and behavior to team leader.
