Qualifications

• Current LTCFS certification.

• Experience with electronic medical records and HIPAA.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate with stakeholders.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop and supervise eligibility screeners.
• Solve problems related to screens and screenings.
• Represent LTCFS program in meetings as subject matter expert.
• Complete LTCFS per regulatory guidelines and verify information.
• Ensure documentation compliance and meet screening quotas.
• Provide LTCFS data reports.
• Maintain LTCFS certification through CST.
• Travel locally as required.
