Job summary

Nutrition that Works, LLC seeks a consultant dietitian to serve our long-term care community in Dover, TN. The position is 4 hours/week or 8 hours every other week, offering a flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Responsibilities include completing clinical nutrition assessments, documenting with the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR, collaborating with the interdisciplinary care plan team, completing the MDS - Section K, calculating TF, and making recommendations for wounds and weight changes.

Qualifications

• CDR credentialed is required.
• Dietetic licensure is required.
• Positive attitude, client centered, and good communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete clinical nutrition assessments.
• Document using the Nutrition Care Process in the EMR system.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care plan team.
• Complete the MDS - Section K.
• Calculate TF.
• Make recommendations for wounds and significant weight changes.
