A-Line Staffing Solutions LLC is seeking a LTC Closed Door Pharmacist for on-site work in Hanover, PA. This contract-to-hire position operates on a 2nd shift (1:00 PM-9:30 PM) with weekend rotation and a pay rate of $65.75/hr plus shift differentials.

You will verify, dispense, and counsel on medications, maintain patient records, and supervise staff. Qualifications include PharmD and active PA pharmacist license; LTC experience is preferred.

Competenze

• PharmD degree required.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license in good standing.
• 2nd shift with every 3rd weekend rotation.
• LTC pharmacy experience preferred.

• Verify, fill, and dispense prescription medications in compliance with state/federal laws and pharmacy standards.
• Monitor medication compliance and identify potential overuse / medication-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records and pharmacy files.
• Counsel patients on dosage, storage, side effects, reactions, and drug interactions (Rx & OTC).
• Provide consultation and patient education (including device education such as BP monitors / glucose meters).
• Prepare/compound medications (including sterile solutions as needed) following proper procedures.
• Supervise pharmacy staff (technicians/clerks/support) and support pharmacy operations.
• Manage medication and medical supply inventory levels.
• Communicate medication-related issues to providers and collaborate with the care team.

LTC Closed Door Pharmacist Location: On-site - Hanover, PA 18706 Type: Contract-to-hire (W2) | Hours: 40 hrs/week Shift: 2nd shift - 1:00 PM-9:30 PM Weekend rotation: Every 3rd weekend (Sat & Sun 9:00 AM-5:00 PM) Pay: $65.75/hr + shift differentials Shift 2 differential: +$2.50/hr Shift 3 differential (if applicable): +$6.00/hr Interview: Required

What you’ll do

Requirements
