Healthfirst is seeking a candidate to handle member inquiries related to benefits, care coordination, and program details. You will document interactions in the PHI system and work within an interdisciplinary team to ensure timely communication and risk management.

The role requires CMA/CNA/RMA or relevant medical training with strong communication skills, in a fast-paced environment. A HS diploma or GED is required, with preferred associates degree and healthcare experience.

Responsabilidades

• Receive calls from members about benefits, care coordination, program inquiries
• Document calls accurately in the designated PHI system
• Manage an assigned member caseload needing short-term care coordination
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate services and outreach
