Job summary

RTX in Massachusetts is seeking an Operations and/or Supply Chain Finance Manager to support LTAMDS development programs, ensuring cost and schedule baselines are met while maximizing financial performance.

You will lead junior analysts, deliver timely forecasts, and perform detailed cost analysis across WBS, EACs, and budgets, collaborating across multiple SSBU teams. Hybrid work arrangement and US-based location support a flexible work model.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience (or advanced degree) with several years of relevant cost/control experience.
• Experience in program controls and Earned Value Management Systems preferred.
• Experience with financial systems (SAP, APEX, AO) or similar processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple junior analysts in process improvements and reporting efficiencies.
• Meet deadlines while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Perform detailed financial analysis to explain variances to plans and forecasts.
• Develop and maintain WBS in APEX/SAP and support Earned Value reporting.
