Community Hospital Corporation seeks a Chief Nursing Officer for ContinueCARE Hospital at Baptist Health Paducah in Paducah, KY. The CNO will lead nursing operations, ensure staffing adequacy, and drive quality initiatives within a LTACH setting.

The role emphasizes ANA standards, accountability, and collaboration with the CEO and medical staff to shape the hospital’s future and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree of Nursing is required; MSN preferred or in progress.
• Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of location.
• Minimum of three years of direct patient care experience in LTACH or acute care setting.
• Minimum of two years nursing management experience; nurse leadership roles acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operations of clinical services.
• Oversee nursing operations and staffing to meet patient needs.
• Promote quality of nursing care and adherence to ANA standards.
• Lead operational standards, policies and procedures for nursing services.
• Collaborate with Medical Staff to address nursing care issues.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and high performance.
