Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity with one of our trusted LTAC partners. You’ll provide direct care to medically complex patients in a specialty LTAC setting and collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications, and document findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.

Conocimientos
