Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time position with one of our LTAC partners. You will provide direct care to critically ill patients, collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, and document findings in the medical record.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state or a compact state
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
