Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire opportunity with a trusted LTAC partner. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.

The role requires an active RN license, 1+ year of acute care experience (ICU preferred), and BLS with ACLS within 90 days of hire, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• 1+ year of acute care experience; preferably ICU
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
