Vibra Permanent Staffing is actively seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our direct-hire, full-time team in LTAC settings. You will provide direct care to medically complex patients and work with a multidisciplinary team to tailor individualized recovery plans.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, have 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, and are committed to excellence in patient care. BLS is required and ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long‑term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
