Job summary
Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct‑hire, full‑time role in a specialized LTAC setting with medically complex patients recovering from serious conditions. You will provide direct nursing care, work with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, monitor progress, administer medications, and document findings.
A compassionate, team‑oriented approach and current RN license are required; BLS and ACLS within 90 days of
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing.
- 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
- BLS certification required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
- Strong clinical judgment and compassionate, teamwork mindset.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
- Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
- Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
