Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct-hire, full-time opportunity with a trusted LTAC partner. This role places you in a high-acuity LTAC setting, delivering life-saving care to medically complex patients recovering from serious conditions.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care/ICU/LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
