Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• 1+ year acute care/ICU/LTAC experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and patient-care excellence
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Coordinate individualized care plans with physicians and an interdisciplinary team.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings.
• Educate patients and families; advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
