Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in a long-term acute care (LTAC) setting. You will provide direct nursing care to medically complex patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

The role emphasizes high-quality patient outcomes, medication administration, education for patients and families, and strict adherence to policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress; administer medications and treatments; document findings.
• Educate patients and families and advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.
