Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct hire, full-time role in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) setting. You will provide direct care to critically ill patients and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in position state or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to excellence in patient care.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings.
• Educate patients and families, advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards and regulatory guidelines.
