Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct-hire, full-time role with a long-term acute care partner. You will provide direct nursing care to medically complex patients in LTAC settings and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The position offers a competitive salary with shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and PTO. A current RN license is required along with BLS; ACLS within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience strongly preferred
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
