Job summary

Vibra Healthcare, LLC. is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity at our LTAC partner in Pineville, NC.

This role offers meaningful patient care for high-acuity cases and a chance to advance your nursing career. You’ll provide direct care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, monitor progress, educate patients and families, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state.
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred.
• BLS required; ACLS required within 90 days of hire.
• Strong clinical judgment and a compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
