Qualifications

• Must read, write and speak fluent English.
• Knowledge of medications and their correct administration based on age and condition.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to organize tasks, develop action plans and prioritize under stress.

Responsibilities

• Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process.
• Develops nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff.
• Communicates changes in patient condition with physicians, nursing supervisor and co-workers.
• Participates in discharge planning and ensures documentation in the medical record.
