Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time opportunity in Monroe, LA. You will provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients in a LTAC/ICU setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.

Responsibilities include monitoring progress, administering medications, educating patients and families, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines
