Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a direct hire, full-time LTAC opportunity in Monroe, Louisiana. This role offers day or night shifts in a high-acuity setting with competitive salary and shift differentials.

You will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to care for medically complex patients and contribute to improved outcomes while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and PTO.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Louisiana or compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, and document clinical findings.
• Educate patients and families, and serve as an advocate for long-term health and recovery.
• Maintain compliance with all policies, standards, and regulatory guidelines.
