Job summary

Vibra Permanent Staffing seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a direct-hire, full-time role with a LTAC partner. You’ll provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team, and document findings.

Requirements include active RN license, 1+ year acute care/ICU/LTAC experience, BLS (ACLS within 90 days). Competitive salary, shift differentials, benefits, and PTO offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license (state of practice)
• 1+ year of acute care, ICU, or LTAC experience preferred
• BLS required; ACLS within 90 days of hire
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill or medically complex patients
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to coordinate care plans
• Monitor patient progress, administer medications and treatments, document findings
• Educate patients and families, advocate for long‑term recovery
• Maintain compliance with policies, standards, and regulations
