Job summary

Indyne Corporation seeks a LRDR Systems Analyst to support radar performance analysis for the SSPARS contract. You will interface with external agencies, analyze mission data, and provide technical assessments to operations leadership. Exempt position with on-site work and readiness to travel as needed.

The role requires strong communication, experience with C2 systems or phased array radars, and the ability to generate formal reports, PRs, and SCFs to support testing and operations.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication to explain results to technical and non-technical personnel.
• Experience with C2 systems and/or phased array radars desired.
• Sensor Manager Qualification Course (SMQC) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Interface with external agencies to assess radar performance and anomalies.
• Provide on-call support outside normal hours.
• Analyze mission plan files, satellite catalogs, and task lists for anomalies.
• Review O&M logs for system or operator errors and analyze UCT rates.
• Ensure logs are archived and maintained.
• Review calibration and test results using Space C2 Agency metrics.
• Identify system outages and degradation indicators.
• Prepare analyses for site operations investigations.
• Submit Deficiency Reports and Problem Reports as needed.
• Draft and generate SCFs for software changes.
• Evaluate and write analysis on system modification proposals.
• Maintain references to PR, DR, SCF and data.
• Draft ICE plans and reports for testing activities.
• Coordinate with Det 4 and other personnel for testing activities.
• Development, Test & Evaluation, OT&E, ICE testing.
• Develop and maintain checklists for MDRO personnel.
• Perform other analysis duties as directed.
