Job summary

CFD Research Corporation is seeking a Radar Analyst/Engineer to join a team supporting prototyping, testing, and analysis for AN/TPY-2 and SBX radars. You will work with real-time HWIL systems, tactical software and hardware, and help design scenarios and analyze radar performance.

You will enhance understanding of acquisition, tracking, discrimination, and system-level interactions while collaborating in a dynamic environment focused on innovative solutions for defense radar programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Math from an accredited institution.
• Mid and senior level experience candidates (2-10 years) will be considered.
• Proficient in data manipulation and analysis, data visualization, signal and data processing, electromagnetics, and/or system engineering.
• Experience leading the development of complex analysis tools using MATLAB.
• Ability to work effectively in team environments and independently.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scenarios and analyses for radar systems.
• Develop and apply analysis tools to assess radar performance.
• Perform complex data analysis on radar system data and HWIL simulations.
• Support MDA ground test performance analysis and post-flight reconstructions.
• Collaborate with engineers and analysts to deliver results.
