Healogics, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Topeka, KS. You will provide wound-related patient care under the guidance of RNs or Providers, along with assisting in clinic settings and ensuring quality of care for patients. The ideal candidate will have a current LPN license and experience in wound care, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

This position is full-time, offering a vital role in changing patients' lives through advanced wound care services.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience as LPN, with experience in SNF or LTACH settings preferred.
• Wound care experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide wound-related patient care under RN/Provider direction.
• Assistant in vein clinic as assigned.
• Communicate quality of care issues to Clinical Nurse Manager.

High School Diploma or GED

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program
