Piedmont Cartersville is seeking a qualified clinician to assess, evaluate, and treat patients with acute or chronic wounds, ostomy care, fistula management, and related skin and continence issues. You will collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to plan and perform patient treatments.
The role requires licensure in GA (RN, PT, or OT) with BCLS, a relevant accredited program, and 2+ years in wound/ostomy care, plus CEU maintenance.
Overview
Responsible for the assessment, evaluation, and treatment of patients, specifically those with acute and/or chronic wounds, ostomy management and education as well as management of fistulae, tubes, skin, and incontinence issues. Works in conjunction with physicians, nursing staff and ancillary staff to evaluate, propose, plan and perform patient assessment and treatments.
