Responsibilities

• Perform wound care including assessment, dressing changes and monitoring healing progress.
• Assist with medication management and set up of meds for client self administration.
• Monitor and record patient vitals and overall condition.
• Communicate patient status and concerns to supervising RNs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient records and follow infection control protocols.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
