Job summary

The Presidential Post Acute Marion Post Acute, LLC is seeking an experienced nurse supervisor to provide direct resident care and to oversee daily nursing activities in a long-term care facility.

You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure adherence to policies, and participate in quality assurance and care plan reviews to maintain high standards of resident care and staff performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active LPN/LVN license in this state.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Ensure nursing staff comply with facility policies and procedures.
• Review and update Nursing Service Procedures Manual as needed.
• Participate in quality assurance programs for nursing services.
• Coordinate and supervise nursing services during shifts.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Complete required charting and documentation.

Education

Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university or diploma from approved LPN/LVN program

Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license
