Job summary

Life Care Center of The North Shore in Lynn, MA is seeking a Unit Manager (LPN) to supervise and coordinate patient care on the long-term care unit. You will lead licensed nurses and CNAs, ensure compliance, and partner with families and staff to maintain high-quality care.

This full-time role requires an active LPN license, geriatric nursing experience preferred, CPR, and a dedication to compassionate, compliant care in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification required by hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily functions of unit nurses and CNAs.
• Manage and coordinate patient care and services.
• Accurately prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician.
• Respond to emergencies in a leadership capacity to ensure patient and staff safety.
• Coordinate patient care plans with the RN.
• Provide excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
