Job summary
Albany Senior Living in Indiana seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as Unit Manager for our brand-new assisted living community. You will lead the unit’s nursing team and help set the care standards from day one.
You will coordinate daily resident care, perform assessments, develop care plans, document progress, and foster clear communication with residents, families, and staff. Competitive pay and solid benefits accompany this opportunity.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid LPN license.
- Understand safe and effective nursing practices in state requirements.
- Able to work harmoniously with diverse staff and maintain confidentiality.
- Adhere to professional ethics and corporate compliance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily care, health needs, safety, and comfort of residents.
- Complete nursing assessments and required documentation.
- Supervise unit operations and provide leadership to staff.
- Develop and monitor resident care plans with the team.
- Ensure clear communication among residents, families and staff.
