Job summary
Albany Senior Living is seeking a compassionate LPN to serve as Unit Manager of our brand-new assisted living community. You will lead nursing staff, coordinate daily care, and ensure resident-centered care.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with valid LPN license.
- Must hold license in good standing according to state requirements.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements.
- Commitment to resident-centered care and ethics.
Responsibilities
- Supervise unit nursing staff and assign care in the assisted living setting.
- Oversee development and implementation of resident care plans.
- Document progress and update care plans as needed.
- Coordinate with DON/ADON on chart reviews and plan adherence.
- Monitor residents' health status, fluids, nutrition, and vital signs.
- Make rounds with physicians to review care and adjust plans.
- Maintain resident confidentiality and rights at all times.
- Complete admissions, transfers, and discharge documentation.
- Support a positive, collaborative workplace culture.
