Formación

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a long-term care nurse.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supervisory role.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily clinical operations for the nursing unit, supporting staff and ensuring quality care.
• Supervise and coach nursing team members while providing hands-on support.
• Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and medication administration.
• Educate staff on wound prevention, skin integrity, and best practices.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation.
