LivingLegendsHealth is seeking an LPN Unit Coordinator to join its nursing leadership team at Northgate Health Care Facility in Tonawanda, NY. The LPN will oversee daily clinical operations, ensuring high-quality resident care and compliance with regulations.

The role demands a valid NYS LPN license, excellent communication skills, and experience in long-term care. Compensation ranges from $30 to $33 per hour, with additional benefits including health insurance and paid time off.

This position offers a full-time schedule of weekdays from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care setting required.
• 3-5 years of long-term care experience with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of resident care planning, clinical documentation, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the clinical care and daily operations of an assigned nursing unit.
• Supervise nursing staff and provide leadership and guidance.
• Ensure care plans are updated and implemented appropriately.
