Northgate Health Care Facility is seeking an experienced LPN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and support resident care at its Tonawanda, NY location. This part-time role runs 3 pm–11 pm with three days and alternating weekends, offering a $28–$32/hour rate plus a $3 shift differential.

Qualified candidates hold a NYS LPN license and CPR certification, with supervisory experience preferred. The facility is part of The McGuire Group and emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

• Ability to lead, mentor, and support nursing staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing staff and support the delivery of high-quality resident care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing services per physician orders and policies.
• Monitor resident conditions and ensure documentation and communication.
• Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams on care plans.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to nursing staff for professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and infection control.
