Requirements include completing an accredited LPN program, active LPN/LVN licensure, CPR certification, and a preference for 1 year geriatric nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Attended an accredited LPN program.
• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in good standing.
• One year geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily unit nursing and CNAs.
• Accurately chart and document care.
• Coordinate patient care plans with RN.
• Administer medications as ordered.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure safety.
• Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate reliable attendance.
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team.
• Support patient well-being physically and psychosocially.
