Liberty Health Clinton, NC seeks an experienced SUPPORT NURSE - LPN to assist in providing high-quality geriatric care under RN supervision. You will support nursing staff, participate in care planning, and help with admissions and unit operations in a compassionate environment.

The role requires an active NC LPN license, CPR certification, and a high school diploma. The position may involve on-call coverage and collaboration with the health care team on clinical quality and infection control.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a current North Carolina license.
• CPR certification required yearly.
• Must be a high school graduate and able to follow physician orders.
• Geriatric nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist nursing personnel on the unit during assigned hours.
• May be required to take call for staffing coverage.
• Provide resident care under supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Delegate duties to non-licensed staff and monitor performance with RN supervision.
• Assist with infection control and standard precautions.
• Assist with admissions assessments and initial nursing assessments.
• Attend department meetings and participate in quality assurance activities.
