Job summary

You will collaborate with the Wellness Director, follow the Resident Care Plan, and document assessments as required. Per diem schedules offer flexibility and competitive wages.

Qualifications

• Active LPN License.
• Graduate of state approved school of nursing.
• No experience required – new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
• Engage residents while checking on their well-being and communicate changes in condition or Care Plan.
• Collaborate with Wellness Director to assess and document resident assessments at specified intervals.
