Autumnwood of Deckerville is seeking an LPN Supervisor to oversee resident care on assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with regulations and facility policy. The role provides clinical supervision to nursing assistants and acts as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current state license to practice as an LPN.
• CPR certification or certification within 90 days of employment.
• 1-2 years nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred.
• Experience supervising CNAs/STNAs and coordinating resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care.
• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities.
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety.
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed.
• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs.
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns.
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
