Job summary
The Manor of Farmington is seeking a dedicated LPN Supervisor to oversee resident care across shifts in Farmington Hills, MI. You’ll supervise CNAs/STNAs, coordinate assignments, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while guiding care teams under the Director of Nursing.

Qualifications
- Current state license to practice as an LPN
- CPR certification (current or within 90 days)
- 1–2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care
- Experience supervising CNAs/STNAs
Responsibilities
- Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care
- Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities
- Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
- Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
- Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs
- Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
- Uses independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
