Job summary

TheKey, LLC in Vienna, VA is seeking an LPN Supervisor to oversee in-home care teams and provide clinical leadership in client homes. You will lead nursing assessments, care-plan updates, caregiver training, and hands-on supervision to ensure safe, compassionate, and compliant senior care.

This is a full-time, hourly role reporting to the Director of Nursing. You must hold a Virginia LPN license, have 3–5 years in home-based care, and be comfortable travelling 50–75% within Vienna.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in Virginia
• 3–5 years nursing experience in home care, elder care, hospice or related clinical setting
• Ability to teach and mentor caregivers in home or classroom settings
• Excellent customer service and communication with clients and families
• Proficiency with electronic records and documentation tools
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel up to 75% in VA

Responsibilities

• Assessments & client onboarding in homes; build individualized care plans
• Supervisory visits and quality assurance for high-acuity clients
• Caregiver training and hands-on mentorship
