Job summary
Regency at Troy, part of Ciena Healthcare, is seeking an LPN Supervisor to oversee resident care on assigned shifts in a long-term/sub-acute setting. You will supervise CNAs, coordinate staffing, and ensure continuity and safety of care for residents.
You will apply current LPN licensure and CPR certification, provide clinical leadership, and work under the Director of Nursing to align care with resident needs and regulatory requirements. Ciena offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care.
Responsibilities
- Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other direct-care staff.
- Plans, assigns and directs work to match resident needs.
- Prepares assignments and adjusts for staffing and safety.
- Receives staffing calls and arranges replacements.
- Transfers staff between units according to demand.
- Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs.
- Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns.
- Uses independent judgment per policies and laws.
