Mary Free Bed Sub-Acute Rehabilitation in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift to provide comprehensive nursing care in a sub-acute rehab unit. You will assess patients, administer medications, coordinate with therapists, and support safe discharge planning in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The role emphasizes clinical autonomy, teamwork, and accountability within a high-quality rehab program.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Registered nurse in the state of Michigan.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• CRRN certification encouraged and will be funded by Mary Free Bed.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, treatment, and services within the scope of practice and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to develop and follow patient-centered plans.
• Promote patient safety and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
