Southcoast Health is seeking a dedicated LPN staff member for per diem day shifts in Tiverton, RI. The role focuses on direct patient care, medication administration, patient and family education, and procedures within the scope of practical nursing.

Ideal candidates have LPN licensure in MA or RI, current BLS, and experience with EHRs. Vaccination requirements apply, with exemptions allowed for medical or personal reasons upon signing a consent.

Qualificações

• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or equivalent is required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) is highly desirable.
• One year or more experience in related setting preferred.
• Current LPN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and/or Rhode Island is required.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.
• Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize an Electronic Health Record (EHR) and other related software to update or access patient information as appropriate.

• Works cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice.

Pay Range

USD $28.66 - USD $44.60 /Hr.
