Job summary

Rocky Mountain Care - Evanston in Evanston, WY is seeking amazing nurses LPN/RN to join our team in our 5 star facility. This PRN position offers shift differentials for NOC and weekend shifts and a mission to deliver compassionate health care services to residents.

The role involves caring for a group of residents, assessing needs, planning care, administering nursing care, and supervising CNAs and other staff. A Wyoming license is required and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as RN (compact) in Wyoming.
• Clinical assessment skills to meet job requirements.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, laws and guidelines for long-term care.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to residents in a nursing unit, assess needs, develop individual care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise CNAs.
• Oversee CNAs activities and other personnel in delivering nursing care.
