We offer shift differentials for NOC and weekend shifts and tuition assistance after 6 months of full-time employment. This role delivers resident care, assesses needs, develops care plans, administers nursing care, and supervises CNAs and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered Utah RN or LPN license.
• Ability to assess resident needs and contribute to care plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork within interdisciplinary care team.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to document care.
• Positive attitude and compassion for aging population.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to residents on assigned unit.
• Assess needs and develop individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per regulations.
• Supervise CNAs and other staff.
